Biography

Adeyinka Adedeji is presently a Principal Veterinary officer at Viral Research Division, National Veterinary Research Institute, Vom, Nigeria.   Adeyinka Adedeji holds a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine  degree and an MSc degree in Avian Medicine of which his thesis was on Marek’s disease. He had previously worked with Pfizer/Livestock Feeds and Turner Wright Limited as Technical Manager offering technical services to poultry farmers in Northern Nigeria. Adeyinka Adedeji research interest include development/adoption of pen side techniques for the confirmatory diagnosis of poultry diseases like Marek’s disease in resource limited countries like Nigeria.  Adeyinka Adedeji was part of the team that developed the lumpy skin disease and goat pox vaccines in Nigeria.
