Biography
My professional background is in R&D, product development, vaccine formulation and delivery. One of my career goals is to contribute to the translation of new and innovative vaccines into manufacturable, marketable, and life-saving products. My experience in vaccine formulation
involves adjuvant screening, adjuvant safety, adjuvant quality control attributes (galenic properties of adjuvant formulations-change in vaccine aspect test, temperature effects, pH, transmission electron microscopy for analysing antigen-adjuvant complex), formulation of vaccines, freeze drying/lyophilization of vaccines, liquid vaccines, stable vaccines, recombinant viral vector vaccine, clinical-safety and immunogenicity profiling in target species, challenge studies, cellular immunity evaluation, ELISA, Serum Neutralization test, cell culture development, cryopreservation, biobanking of master seed stocks, generating stability, storage profile for submission of dossier/market authorization, GMP, GCP, GDP and ISO 9001. I have worked with/and supervised projects related to antigens such as Rift Valley Fever, Lumpy skin disease, Orf-contagious ecthyma, Fowl pox, Bovine ephemeral fever and Clostridium perfringens (Enterotoxaemia, Pulpy kidney disease).
