Catalyst Funding

Catalyst funding of the International Veterinary Vaccinology Network member activities

Two forms of catalyst funding will be awarded by the International Veterinary Vaccinology Network:

  • Pump-priming funding (up to £100,000) will be awarded to proposals that demonstrate how integrated collaborative work between multiple Network members could effectively tackle key bottlenecks in veterinary vaccine development of relevance to LMICs.
  • Laboratory exchange funding (up to £10,000) will be provided where Network members have identified how receipt of training/transfer of technological capacity from one group to another, or completion of a specialised piece of work, could facilitate a ‘step-change’ in the capacity to address a scientific challenge to vaccine R&D.

Applicants must be members of the IVVN to apply for funding. Please register to become a member here.
