Research interests

I am interested in variety of epidemiologic projects related to mainly zoonotic diseases (such as leptospirosis, Japanese encephalitis and brucellosis) using various large and complex population datasets. This required the use of different methods, ranging from simple univariate analysis to more complex modeling, such as a mixed model, time series analysis, space-time clustering, linear, logistic, Poisson and negative binomial analysis using various software (STATA, R, SaTscan and QGIS/ArcGIS).
