Biography

I am currently a PhD student ( The University of Edinburgh ) working on high-consequence ruminant pathogens with an aim to identify and isolate antigen specific B-cells.  The research project is a joint collaboration between Dr Liam Morrison of Roslin Institute and Prof John Hammond of Pirbright Institute.

I previously worked on East Coast Fever (ECF), mainly on single B cell repertoire research in cattle at ILRI, ANIMAL & HUMAN HEALTH department as a Research Assistant.

I have also worked on HIV vaccine at Kenya medical research institute (KEMRI) & McGill University AIDS Centre / Lady Davis Institute for Medical Research (LDI).

Next generation vaccines will be great game changers.
