Biography

I am molecular parasitologist or biologist by training and have for quite sometime now found refuge in bioinformatics. I got initiated in to research while working on onchocerciasis but eventually did a thesis on vaccine target characterization in Malaria. Subsequently to this, I took up advance training in bioinformatics working on apple scab. I am currently work in the area of tuberculosis biomarkers.

Application of Bioinformatics and Systems Immunology approaches in discovery and validation of biomarkers of TB diagnosis; identification of vaccine candidate and unraveling immunopathogenesis in onchocerciasis & malaria
