Biography

Dr. Alexandra Juhasz begun to prepare her diploma work at the Department of Parasitology and Zoology of the University of Veterinary Medicine, Budapest. After she had received her diploma she gained a scholarship to work as a PhD student at the same department. Since that time she became a well-known and acknowledged member of our department. She takes part in both teaching and research going on at our department with equal enthusiasm.
As a practical leader she takes part in the teaching of parasitology. This is one of the most important basic subjects of veterinary medicine. Occassionally she gives lectures and regularly leads practical exercises. .
Her main research interest is blood-flukes. She have acquainted with the basic methods of routine parasitology so far. Besides to do her PhD work she worked as a vet in small veterinary surgery in part-time work.

The subject of my research is a medically and veterinary important parasites. My main research interest is blood-flukes. I have acquainted with the basic methods of routine parasitology so far.
