Jenny Budiati as a Head of Tilapia Operation domiciled in Indonesia.

She graduated with Bachelor of Accounting degree from Catholic University of Parahyangan, Bandung in 1993. She joined the Company since 2000.

Some of her majoring accomplishing are turned around the ailing Tilapia farming operation, stabilized the operation and integrated the Hatchery, Grow Out and Filleting operation under one management and direction, defined and implemented business strategic direction of a Fully Integrated Tilapia Operation that produces highly-quality products with business processes that adheres to Sustainability principles and environmentally as well as socially responsible, and started generating positive EBITDA since July 2017, and then developed "Toba Tilapia" brand and secured long term contracts with highly respected customers and initiated and executed the expansion program into a new business of tilapia value-added product and develop R&D team to produce new genuine recipes
