have been working in Aquaculture industry since 2000, mainly in marine fish. Now working in tilapia industry in hatchery, part of Toba Tilapia brand product. Part of company that is producing tilapia, we still far from the target that is still possible to achieve. Bacterial diseases still one of the main issue. Join with institution that give me opportunity to learn more about the issue are very meaningful to me. Really need some breakthrough to get out of this situation and step into greater success.
