Mabon is the IVVN’s Network Administrative and Communications Assistant. He is based at the Roslin Institute and his work for the network includes creating content for the website, social media and administrative work.

Originally from north Wales, he studied for his BSc (Hons) degree in Plant Science at the University of Manchester. He then completed his MSc and PhD at the John Innes Centre and the University of East Anglia in Norwich. He is passionate about science communication and public engagement in science, and is looking forward to working with the network’s members.
