Biography

Siha Mdemu is a veterinary research officer at Tanzania Vaccine Institute. He received his Msc in Research Methods from  Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology and his Bachelor of Veterinary Medicine from Sokoine University of Agriculture before becoming a veterinary practitioner at El-Shaddai Veterinary Services in 2005. He later joined the Department of Veterinary Bacteriology, Central Veterinary Laboratory, at Tanzania Veterinary Laboratory Agency (TVLA) in 2012 as a veterinary research officer where he worked untill 2017 when he was transferred to Tanzania Vaccine Institute to supervise development, trial and production of veterinary vaccines. As a strong believer in enthusiasm and commitment in the workplace, Siha regularly conducts motivational meetings with the team members to inspire their performance.
