Biography
I graduated from University of Malawi College of Medicine in 2017 with Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery. After which did my internship at one of the biggest referral centres in Malawi Kamuzu Central Hospital, i then joined University of Malawi College of Medicine/Malawi Liverpool Welcome Trust as a Research Physician and Co-Investigator leading a multi-site Randomised Controlled Clinical Trial on The benefits and consequences of using antibiotics treatment response to diagnosis for TB . I am for currently a MSc (MMED) in vaccinology first year student at Witwatersrand University. I am hoping to gain a lot of knowledge, experience, guidance and expertise in this field and use these skills to contribute towards global infectious disease burden by making new vaccines, testing effectiveness of already existing vaccines and extensively contributing to vaccinology research in Malawi, Africa and the world as a whole.
