I have Master Science in Mexico City in the Nationa Universityt (UANM) and PhD in the Univeristy of Reading, Agriculture Department, my thesis studies were about proteins, hosts and nematodes.

Research interests

I am a researcher in veterinary science working in the area to immunoparasitology and anthelmintic resistance in the National Research Institute in Agriculutre, Forestry and Livestock. Our interest is colaborate and contribute in areas of proteins with possible potential as vaccine and natural immunoprotection. We have postgraduate students working in these areas with interest to know and understand important mechanisms to improve the animal health care.

Projects you're working on

Immune response in sheep and cattle looking for resistant hosts; proteins from the bacteria Bacillus thuringiensis against parasitic nematodes, proteins from parasitic nematodes with possible used as vaccine and studies of molecular diagnosis to benzimidazole and ivermectin
