Biography

I obtained my undergraduate degree in veterinary medicine from the University of Veterinary Medicine, Hannover in Germany. This was followed by my current position as PhD student in immunology and parasitology at the Royal Veterinary College, London which focusses on Theileria parva infections in cattle. 

Research interests

I am very much interested in vaccine development as well as immunology and parasitology with a focus on apicomplexan parasites and parasite-host interactions.
