Project description: The carry out molecular diagnosis of lymphatic filariasis determine the various forms of the microfilaria throughout Ghana.

 

Project title: Molecular Detection of Fish Diseases in Aquaculture farms in Ghana

Project description: To detect the presence of pathogens (bacteria, virus, fungi and parasites) and their prevalence in various aquaculture farms in Ghana.

 

Project title: Genetic Diversity and Population Structure Among Farmed Nile Tilapia (Oreochromis niloticus) Populations In Ghana;  Funded by the Environmental Protection Agency, EPA-Ghana

Project description: To determine the genetic variation of different strains of Nile tilapia (Oreochromis niloticus) amongst various aquaculture farms and well as establish their population structure.
