Biography

Mohamed Deifallah Yousif (Yousif) is a pharmacy graduate and vaccine formulation scientist. Obtained his Bsc Pharmacy (honours) from the Faculty of Pharmacy, University of Khartoum in Sudan, then completed his PhD at the School of Pharmacy, the University of Nottingham in 2017. Yousif took up a post-doctoral research associate position at UCL School of Pharmacy in 2019, working on a project about sublingual delivery of Group B Streptococcus vaccine. Since then, he has continuously worked on vaccine delivery, applying different platforms to various antigens for human and veterinary uses.

Vaccines worked on including whole-cell bacteria, proteins and protein subunits, conjugate vaccines, VLPs and others.
