Biography

Education: B.Sc. and M.Sc. in Microbiology from Chulalongkorn University, Thailand and Ph.D. in Life Sciences from Imperial College London (2015-2019).

Research experiences: Application of surface display technology for cell-based biosensor development, protein engineering, protein production using E. coli expression system, protein purification and characterization, protein production using Lactic acid bacteria expression system.

Research interests

- Modification of a food-grade bacterial strain as a safe carrier for vaccine development. 

- Bacterial surface display platform technology.

- Expression and purification of medically relevant protein antigen.

Projects you're working on
1). Development of bacterial ghost platform technology in probiotics as a safe delivery system for vaccine application in aquaculture. 2). Development of live probiotic surface display system as an alternative vaccine in aquaculture.
