Biography

Kenaw Berhanu Haile graduated from Addis Ababa University with a BSc in Laboratory Technology and an MSc in Veterinary Microbiology. He is currently working as a head of molecular biology and a researcher at the National Veterinary Institute (NVI) in Ethiopia, where he leads the Molecular Biology laboratory. Throughout his long career with NVI, he has gained extensive knowledge, skills, and experiences in vaccine development, vaccine production, and quality control activities. He has spent many years at NVI in various technical and managerial capacities, including team leader of bacterial vaccine production laboratories and acting head of the vaccine production and sales department. He also earned a BA in English Literature and a Master's degree in TEFL from Addis Ababa University, Ethiopia.

-Molecular epidemiology of PPR and Newcastle diseases
