Nucleic acid technology: DNA/RNA extraction, PCR, qPCR, cloning Protein techniques: Protein analysis, protein expression, SDS-PAGE, western blot, and protein purification. In vitro: Cell culture, bioreactor, roller bottle Animal models: Mice, chickens, ducks, porcine, goats, bovines, fish Animal vaccines and adjuvants: Inactivated, subunit, DNA vaccines, biological adjuvants (TLR4, TLR5), monoclonal antibody, IgY. Immune evaluations: ELSIA, flow-cytometry, T cell proliferation, HA, HI, dot blot, neutralization.
