I am Camellia Katalani, a Ph.D. graduate at Sari Agricultural Science and Natural Resource University (Iran). My thesis was implemented between November 2017 and July 2019 at Pasteur institute, Tehran.

My thesis focused on expressing recombinant epitopes against necrotic enteritis in tobacco. In order to produce an oral vaccine, we designed the construct with three different immunogenic segments of three toxins. I tried the different vectors and expression conditions as well as experimental designs to earn maximum recombinant protein expression in bacteria.
