Biography
Current role: PI researcher at the National Institute of Agricultural Technology (INTA), Biotechnology Institute. Researcher of the Argentine Council for Scientific and Technical Research (CONICET). Current position: Principal Researcher Expertise: I’ve worked on Mycobacterium bovis and Mycobacterium tuberculosis for over 30 years. Areas of interest include host-pathogen interaction in tuberculosis disease and vaccine development against bovine tuberculosis Employment history (last 15 years): PI researcher at INTA, Biotechnology Institute. Principal investigator of CONICET Education: •1993-1998. Ph.D. student of the Department of Biological Sciences at the School of Exact and Natural Sciences, University of Buenos Aires (UBA), Argentina. Identification and characterization of Mycobacterium tuberculosis antigens •1984-1991. Undergraduate student in Biological Sciences, at the School of Exact and Natural Sciences, University of Buenos Aires (UBA).
