Biography

I am professor of epidemiology in the department of epidemiology and Public Health, University of veterinary and Animal sciences, Lahore, Pakistan. My PhD research was on “Complete genome analysis and identification of highly pathogenic H5N1 influenza A virus from tiger in China”. Supervisor: Prof. Dr. Jiang Ping. Key laboratory of animal disease diagnostic and immunology, College of Veterinary Medicine, Nanjing Agricultural University, Jiangsu, P.R.China. Research interests

Molecular epidemiology and biotechnology research of influenza viruses. Epidemiology, control and prevention of infectious and non-infectious animal diseases.
