I am working for National Animal Health Research Center under Nepal Agricultural Research Council NARC) since 2001. Currently, I am serving as a chief of the center. Our center is only one apex body to conduct health related research issues in livestock and fisheries as well in the country. In recent years we are doing research on different health issues on bovine, sheep and goat, pig and poultry including diseases of zoonotic importance considering one health. I have completed my B V Sc and degree from Nepal, DMM from Malaysia and MVM Avian Diseases, from SNU, Korea. My research interest is in Avian diseases and vaccines. I have few publications in poultry disease and poultry vaccines.
