Biography
Bachelor of Biological Sciences from the Institute of Biological Sciences of the University of Pernambuco. Master of Science with an emphasis on Public Health from the Aggeu Magalhães-FIOCRUZ Research Center. PhD in Sciences in the area of ​​Tropical Diseases and International Health from the Institute of Tropical Medicine of São Paulo at the University of São Paulo (IMT-USP). Post-doctorate from the University of Bergen, Norway, in the area of ​​phosphoproteomics and proteomics. Post-Doctorate at the Institute of Tropical Medicine of São Paulo, University of São Paulo. I have experience in the area of ​​Immunology, with an emphasis on Basic and Applied Immunology and Molecular Biology in the study of vaccine candidate antigens and a vaccine development for veterinary and human application.
Research interests
My research interest lies in Staphylococcus aureus infections under a One Health umbrella, with focus on screening for vaccine candidate antigens and a vaccine development for veterinary and human application.
