Biography
I obtained an Aquatic Pathobiology from the College of Aquaculture and Fisheries, Cantho University, Vietnam. I finished my Master degree in Veterrinary Medicine at Gyeongsang National University, South Korea, in 1988; and a PhD degree in Sciences from the University of Namur, Belgium in 2019. I then carried out the Postdoctoral research with postdoc scholarship from Vingroup Innovation foundation for 2 years.
Research interests
During the period time to conduct the experiments, I have gained more knowledge about biochemistry, molecular biology in diagnosing aquatic animal diseases; I have also focused on immune responses, especially using of immunostimulants to activate the innate immunity in striped catfish (Pangasianodon hypophthalmus) and tilapia (Oreochromis sp.) and observe fish protection from bacterial infection.
