Biography
I have over 10 years’ experience as a Research Technician in ARC. At the Agricultural research council I am mainly focused on diagnosis of Foot and Mouth disease and African swine fever using both Molecular and Virological assays. I am an ISO/IEC 17025:2017 SANAS Technical Assessor who has assessed a number of SANAS accredited facilities in South Africa. I am a registered Postgraduate student at the University of Pretoria, 3rd year PhD intending to submit her thesis end of 2025. Where I am currently, I have been given opportunities to mentor both Postgraduate and Undergraduate students on several projects. I participate in Capacity building for African Countries. I have participated in several research projects and have experience in managing a project.
