David is a PhD candidate with extensive expertise spanning over 15 years in academia, research for development, and program management. His research goal focuses on the epidemiology of zoonotic diseases and economic assessment of mitigation measures that can reduce their burden in both human and animal populations. He has demonstrated innovative leadership in infectious disease modeling, epidemiology, and public health, utilizing skills in monitoring, evaluation, and health policy to advance one health initiative
