        Kitsiso Gaboiphiwe is an experienced biotechnology professional with over 13 years of expertise in vaccine manufacturing and production leadership. She currently serves in a top management role, overseeing the production of vaccine active ingredients and ensuring compliance with rigorous global standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. Her career reflects a strong commitment to advancing animal health through innovation in biological sciences and operational excellence.
Kitsiso holds a Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences from the University of Botswana (2010) and a Master of Science in Biological Sciences and Biotechnology from the Botswana International University of Science and Technology. To complement her scientific expertise with business acumen, she is also undertaking a Master of Business Administration (MBA), with a focus on management, logistics, and supply chain strategies in the pharmaceutical industry.
Beyond her technical and academic pursuits, Kitsiso is passionate about leadership and professional development.
