R&D   Well educated in veterinary medicine, microbiology, virology, and molecular biology both in US and China. Twelve years working and studying in animal health and academic research institutes, predominantly focus on vaccine & biological product research and development for swine. Extensive collaboration with some international companies such as Boeringer Ingelheim, CEVA animal health and United Biomedical Inc. on vaccine development. Excellent techniques of handling animals such as swine including tissue sample collection, gross pathology & histopathology examination as well as necropsy. Independent ability in experiment design, trouble-shooting, data collection and analysis by using statistical softwares. Excellent benchwork techniques in virology, immunology and molecular biology field.
