Dr. Balvinder Kumar is a Principal Scientist (Animal Biotechnology) at the ICAR-National Research Centre on Equines, Hisar, India. His research interests include microbiology, molecular diagnostics, toxicology, animal biotechnology, bionanotechnology. He has published more than 100 scientific peer reviewed papers in journals and conference proceedings. In recognition of contributions he has been conferred Dr V.D. Kashyap and Ms. Manju Utreja Gold Medals for academic excellence by CCS Haryana Agricultural University, Hisar and Scientist Award by Indian Society for Veterinary Immunology and Biotechnology.
