Coronaviruses are a diverse family of viruses. In addition to those that infect humans, there are numerous coronaviruses that infect other species, often causing significant animal welfare and economic impacts. This talk, organised by the British Society for Immunology, will focus specifically on animal coronaviruses discussing knowledge of virus replication, previous cross-species transmission events, diseases and vaccination approaches.

The session will take place on Thursday 25 June, 11:00 – 11:45 BST and will be presented by Dr Helena Maier and Dr Erica Bickerton on the topic of 'What can we learn from animal coronaviruses?'
