About the role
Iowa State University is looking for a motivated Research Scientist to join the Caceres Lab. Ideal candidate should have experience working with viral pathogens (Influenza A virus, PRRSV or coronavirus), molecular biology techniques and cell culture. The person will lead and support projects related to the pathogenesis and host response of the viruses mentioned, together with the development and evaluation of novel vaccine candidates in avian and mammalian animal models.
