We invite applications for a Lecturer in Veterinary Parasitology to join the Department of Pathobiology and Population Sciences at the Royal Veterinary College, UK. The successful candidate will contribute to parasitology teaching and research, working with undergraduate and postgraduate students at both RVC Hawkshead and Camden campuses.

Working in a friendly, enthusiastic, and inclusive group, you will play an essential role in delivery of outstanding, engaging, and innovative teaching, research, and outreach. The role will require design and delivery of undergraduate and postgraduate learning and associated assessment, supervision of student projects and tutoring duties across RVC’s undergraduate Veterinary Medicine and Veterinary Science courses. We seek a dedicated and passionate veterinary parasitologist with a PhD (or equivalent) and experience in undergraduate / postgraduate teaching and supervision. You will hold excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills, and be able to work effectively both collaboratively within diverse teams and independently. You will be expected to actively engage in high impact research and outreach complementary to RVC’s current research programmes.

The post is appointed within academic pay scales, commensurate with qualifications and experience, and includes a London Allowance.  Other benefits include:
